Discussion on medical program throughout the year. All
the executive members including member Linda Liu were to present a program they had gone to, volunteered/worked at, or a science
club at East Brunswick High School. Natalie gave a quick introduction about the program she went to, which was UMDNJ premedical
honor program. Next, Smriti and Sheetal talked about their volunteer work (Sheetal talked about St. Peters and Smriti talked
about Raritan Bay Hospital) and the places the students could go to, to apply if they were interested. Matt spoke about governor
school of science while Aaron mentioned National Leadership Forum on medicine. Victoria gave a small presentation on her program,
Cornell, and Rafay told the students what it was like to work in a doctor’s office. Furthermore, Jon and Linda discussed
the terms and expectations needed to join Waxman. Meanwhile, Stephanie talked about Georgetown University and the lifestyle
of a college student. Subsequently, with three minutes to spare, Smriti wrote a bunch of topics on the board, allowing the
members to pick the top three topics they were most interested in. They wrote them on a separate sheet of paper and handed
them in.

Second Meeting

At the beginning of the meeting, Natalie introduced the
executive members and their position. Afterward, Sheetal Shah, vice president, led a presentation on medical ethic. She explained
each process and presented each diagrams with a through explanation. Sheetal also read a situation about a man with problems
on medical ethic. When she had finished her presentation, members discussed their opinions on certain situations and their
feelings on the topic.

It was the introduction/opening of the new club, the Premedical
Club. Natalie, the president, and Ms. Muller were notifying what was expected of the club. Members are only allowed three
absence, dues were needed ($5), and the purpose of the club. They explained that in the future, there would be many events
for members to participate in and trips to hospital, etc. Natalie explained that if anybody wanted to become a member of the
executive board, they should an essay on their reason for joining the board, what was their goal in life, why they wanted
to go after their goal, and what could they contribute to the club.
